TIMING: The Promotion begins on September 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") and ends on November 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: Receive a "Right Guard All-Star Sweepstakes" game piece in or on specially marked packages of Right Guard brand products during the Promotion Period, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first. Scratch-off the designated area on your game piece to reveal a special Game Code. Then, go online at www.rightguard.com/sweeps between 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on September 1, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. CT on December 16, 2008, and follow the instructions to play the game, and to receive your winning or non-winning results. If you receive a prize winning message, you win the prize indicated, subject to verification of your eligibility. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Directions for verification will be provided with your prize announcement. To play the Game without a game piece, go online by December 16th to www.rightguard.com/sweeps and follow the instructions for playing the Game without a game piece. If you receive a prize winning message, you win the prize indicated, subject to verification of your eligibility. Limit one (1) game play/entry per email address per day. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's plays/entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: One hundred twenty-six (126) random, computer-generated winning times will be generated during the Promotion Period. At least one (1) winning time will be generated per day during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Game at or after one of the randomly-generated times, you will be a potential winner of the prize indicated.
SECOND CHANCE SWEEPSTAKES: In the event the potential Grand Prize winner is not successfully verified by December 24, 2008, a Second Chance Sweepstakes drawing will be held on or about December 26, 2008 to award the prize. Upon successfully completion of game participation information on the promotion website, you are automatically entered into the Second Chance Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon availability of the prize and the number of eligible game plays/entries received.
PRIZES & DISCOUNTS: (1) Grand Prize: Trip for Two to the 2009 NBA All-Star Game in Phoenix, AZ, Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $2,000.00; however, actual value will depend on the cost of airfare at the time and place of origin for the trip. GENERAL: Sponsor is not responsible for missing or damaged game pieces and assumes no liability for retail packages not containing game pieces. Sponsor not responsible for late, garbled, incomplete, or misdirected entries/plays, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of game materials, loss or otherwise. Verification of potential winners is the responsibility of the Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Game. Any fraudulent prize claims will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Liability for game pieces containing printing or production errors is limited to replacement with another game piece. If due to a printing or production error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded in accordance with these rules, prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible Game entries/plays received.
